International Flights

All international flights to/from starting & ending point are NOT included in any of our travel package quotations. To get an exciting tour proposal that matches with your preference and saving your value time of traveling, we recommend you to look up an international flight with arrival time which leave from your city to a destination (start point) you’re planning to visit and an international flight with departure time from a city (end point) back to your home or to your next destination. Once we received your international flight details, our sale team will start to design a nice tour proposal with all in flow regarding to saving time, attractive destinations, budgets, being free hassle and flexible etc.

Internal and Domestic Flights

In term of making your holiday trip the most possible, we always check and include internal and domestic flights in tour proposal & quotation unless you mention that you would book it by yourselves. The airfare with promotion (economic class included bags 20-23kg) are the first priority that we will quote in the tour proposal in the order to provide you a better quotation that you’re able to afford your holiday trip to Asia.

However, the promotional airfare has strict terms & conditions set by airlines if there’s cancellation or change date, and airfare is subject to change without prior notice which means that the tour package quotation will vary if promotional air classes are not available at the time we check, alternatively we will revise quotation with standard or business class rates.

Once you confirmed the trip with us, you agreed and accepted airline’s policy, terms & conditions. Hence, we advise you to check for detail of flight cancellation or change date with us before flight tickets are issued.

All full prices of flight tickets will be billed in the invoice at a time you are requested to pay 30% deposit to secure all reservation and flight tickets will be issued once we received the payment in our bank account.

Full correct names (must clarify first, middle, last name) will be requested to make flight booking or simply provide us passport copies in a separate email if you feel confident. More about: Privacy Policy

We Guiding Asia doesn’t have full authorization to control any airlines if there’s a delay, cancel and change flight schedule due to weather condition or for any safety reason but we do our best to find alternatives or do anything as possible to solve out any issues have caused.
